Creating a blog is one thing, blogging on your blog is another thing. It is not an easy thing as many claim it to be.If you start for the purpose of making money alone, you will tire out in no time. So,i'll assume you have the passion, time, resources and strenghth to blog frequently. Here are simple tips to help your blog become worth perusing.
However, even if you have all of these things, you should also know that even the owners of extremely successful blogs find themselves against a brick wall on occasions. From the dreaded writer's block to the frustrating and time-consuming tasks involved in Internet marketing, running a blog can, at best, be an uphill task.Below are some tips to help you get started and keep the motion going once you have established your online presence.
Writing Great Content:
Sometimes, choosing a niche for your blog can be a major decision. In other cases, people decide that they want to share their knowledge or expertise with others over the Internet by establishing a blog on the subject. If you are still choosing a niche, go for a subject with which you are very familiar and have an interest in. If you are not interested in the subject, your readers probably won't find your content interesting either.
Updating Regularly:
When you have your blog up and running, updating it regularly is essential lest it end up disappearing into the last pages of the search engine results and dying a slow death. Regular readers will also leave quickly if you do not provide them with new content. As a general rule, you should aim to post at least three new articles on your blog every week and, preferably, a lot more. The more content you post, the better. This does NOT mean, however, that you should compromise on quality. Quality before quantity is an essential rule when it comes to creating great content and getting plenty of readers
Be Prepared:
It is a good idea to keep a notepad with you so that, whenever some ideas come into your head, you can write then down to glance back over at a later time when you are thinking of what to write for your blog. On some days, you will be full of ideas but not in the mood to actually make them into a great article. On other days, you might not feel very inspired to start from scratch with completely new ideas and instead would rather get writing about something that has been on your mind for some time.
Be Open-Minded
You should not be afraid to show your opinion in your posts where it is relevant. Writing the occasional opinionated or controversial post is a great way to get attention, good or bad. You should always try to be diplomatic, however, and answer people's questions honestly while sticking to your principles. Always be prepared to take constructive criticism. In general, people on the Internet are rather more combative than they are in real life but this does not mean that the occasional bit of constructive criticism doesn't occur. On the other hand, if people post abusive comments with no purpose other than to offend and annoy, you have every right and reason to delete them or not even publish them in the first place.
Adopting at least 3 of the above tips will certainly make you a happy blogger.

Great piece!! Thanks for sharing this article, bloging isnt for lazy bones. You have to love writing to be a great blogger but some people just hear that others are making money online by blogging and they just want to cash into it without getting the nitty-gritty of it.
